Service information: Some operator details, including the address, jurisdiction, and verified contact information, are currently unavailable. Review the available terms before using the service.

This policy describes how DoAllHere handles information. The data controller or operator is the DoAllHere service operator.

Local tool processing

Most calculators and file tools process inputs in the browser. Their inputs are not intentionally sent to a DoAllHere API. Files can still remain in browser memory, downloads, or browser-managed storage, and extensions, operating-system services, or the browser itself may have separate access outside this application’s control.

The video editor can store project instructions and imported source files in IndexedDB until you clear the project or browser site data. Tool-to-tool handoffs use IndexedDB when available, otherwise current-tab memory. Handoffs normally expire after 30 minutes, can be configured for up to 24 hours, and are removed when consumed or during opportunistic cleanup; expiry is not a guarantee that the browser physically erased storage at that instant.

Browser storage and local analytics

dah_recent stores up to 10 tool slugs, dah_favorites stores up to 50 tool slugs, and doallhere_locale stores the selected language in localStorage. The locale is also mirrored to a SameSite=Lax cookie for up to one year so server-rendered pages can use the preference.

dah_analytics stores up to 500 sanitized events locally, such as a page path without its query string, a validated tool slug, event type, broad referral classification, output format, duration, and success state. Search text, calculator values, filenames, file contents, workbook cells, and transfer secrets are not accepted by this event sanitizer. This site does not send that local event log to the operator or a remote analytics provider.

Network tools and third parties

DNS lookup, HTTP status, website availability, IP display, and URL-to-Markdown features make network requests. A requested domain or URL is sent to the DoAllHere server; DNS resolvers and the requested remote host then receive the information needed to answer. The IP tool reads proxy-provided connection headers. Hosting providers, reverse proxies, and security services may also process ordinary request data such as IP address, headers, route, timestamp, and error information under the operator’s hosting configuration.

The WebRTC leak test uses only ICE servers supplied by the service configuration. No ICE servers are currently configured, so its result may be inconclusive rather than claiming that no leak exists. Background removal downloads the pinned Xenova/modnet model and runtime assets from their distribution service while keeping the selected image in the browser. Direct transfer is currently unavailable; if it becomes available, its signaling and STUN/TURN providers will be described in the service information.

Optional file transfer

Hosted and direct transfer are currently unavailable. If hosted transfer becomes available, selected files and transfer metadata will be uploaded to the configured application and object-storage services. Link expiry or revocation blocks application access, but physical deletion depends on successful deletion requests plus storage lifecycle and backup controls. There is no promise of unlimited size. A transfer code is not strong authorization; anyone with a link or code may be able to request metadata, and an optional password only protects download access.

When direct transfer is enabled, DoAllHere does not intentionally persist transferred file bytes, but signaling, STUN, TURN, browser downloads, and in-memory copies remain part of the flow. Both devices must remain connected, and a TURN relay may carry encrypted traffic.

Contact and retention choices

The contact page only opens or copies a local email draft. Nothing is submitted to this website from that form. If you send the draft, your email provider and the configured recipient process it under their own systems and retention rules.

You can remove recent tools and favorites from the homepage, clear a video project inside the editor, and clear cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB, downloads, or all site data through browser controls. Network and email records cannot be cleared through those browser controls.

Questions or privacy requests may be sent through the contact page when a verified recipient is configured. Delivery, identity verification, legal rights, and response periods depend on the applicable law and the public operator details for the deployed service.
